Shipping Policy – World Hand Dryers

Delivery Areas We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Timeframes All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Delivery Costs We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 EXCLUDING VAT. For orders below £150, delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Large & Commercial Items Hand dryers are bulky items and are delivered by courier on a tracked service. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, as a signature may be required.

Returns & Damaged Goods If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@world-hand-dryers.co.uk with photos and your order number. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to return an item.
